List of components

  • Light source: Double QTH/IR source B-ILD-QH-IR-24
    (Bentham product page)
  • Monochromators (one to be coupled with QTH/IR): MSH-300M (motorised slits), gratings MSG-T-1200-500, MSG-T-600-1250, MSG-T-300-3000
    (QD Europe)
  • Cobolt lasers 06-MLD with heat sink
    (Hübner Photonics)
  • Low noise current preamplifier: Stanford Research Systems Model SR570
  • Lock-In amplifier: Stanford Research Systems Model SR860
  • Detectors:
    • Si biased Thorlabs detector DET10A/M
    • InGaAs Thorlabs detector DET10D/M
    • InSb IS-2.0 from ACAL
  • Lenses or mirrors to focus white light on the sample and further onto the detector depend on the space available and can vary.
